 Our staff have a total customer-based focus. We recruit our service staff based on crucially positive character criteria. Any new team member must buy into our motivated ethos and positive approach to customer support. The team works closely together as one unit, providing top level customer service. Meet a few of the team below -

Customer Service Managers

Louise and Richard are two of the Customer Service Managers for the linen side of the business. With over 20 years’ experience between them of working for Abbey Glen, and a further 40 years plus customer service experience, they build relationships with our hotels and hospitality venues and are available 24/7 to sort issues customers may face.

Transport Supervisor

Paul has worked for Abbey Glen since leaving school in 1982. He first joined on a Government work experience scheme and became a permanent member of staff in April 1983. Paul has undertaken many roles for Abbey Glen and is now the Transport Supervisor and a key member of the team when planning routes and uses his experience to manage relationships with hotels.

Accounts Manager

Kelly started working for Abbey Glen in 2010 as one of the production team. She quickly moved through the ranks and became the Accounts Manager in 2014. Kelly and her team oversee all aspects of finance for the company, interacting with customers on a daily basis..

Russ Windle

Engineering Manager

Russ joined Abbey Glen in 2018 after a distinguished career with the RAF, where he had served since 1996. Through his career with the RAF Russ worked his way up through the ranks and for the last 5 years of his service he was responsible for 60 engineers ensuring all tasks were planned, resourced and completed in accordance with the regulations and in time to allow the  5 (AC) Squadron to meet its operational commitments at home and overseas. Russ has brought his expertise to Abbey Glen where he is modernising our approach to Engineering maintenance and playing a key role in the future of the company.

Nerijus Dzingus

Production Manager

Nerijus has worked for Abbey Glen since 2012 and for several years as Production Manager. He oversees our production function and liaises closely with Engineering, Transport and Service Teams. With a Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering and a successful early career in Lithuania as a Commercial Manager and IT Service Manager, Nerijus is an excellent team member of our management community. He motivates our production staff to achieve the very best results.
